1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the rental start time, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellation by GoCabs Rental: If we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, maintenance issues), you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
  • Booking Errors: If there is an error in your booking (e.g., incorrect dates, vehicle type), please contact us within 24 hours of booking for a full refund or to make corrections to the reservation.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental total.
  • No-Shows: If the customer does not show up for the rental without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
  • Early Returns: If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be given for unused rental time.
  • Damage or Loss: If the vehicle is damaged, lost, or involves an accident during the rental period, the customer will be liable for the repair/replacement costs.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or issue resolution.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
  • If you paid via a third-party platform, refunds will be subject to their processing time.
